Alert: New license change for GemFire version 9.15.3

Issue/Introduction

IMPORTANT: VMware licensing terms have been updated with this release. Until you accept the new VMware General Terms by downloading any 9.15.3 artifact from network.tanzu.vmware.com, your automated processes using docker pull or Pivnet cli will be unable to download 9.15.3.

The new license change for GemFire version 9.15.3 breaks all customers that have CI automation to pull the latest patches from Pivnet/Tanzunet

Resolution

There are changes to the license for GemFire version 9.15.3 and the new license must be accepted in TanzuNet. If you are planning to upgrade to these new versions, please make sure, to accept the new VMware General Terms. Please note that "EULA" missing errors may occur until you resolve the license issue.

Steps to resolve the issue:

1. One-time login to the Tanzunet with the same credentials as your CI automation
2. Manually download any release artifact (e.g. the .tgz) to trigger EULA acceptance,
3. Accept the new VMware General Terms
