Heightened awareness is a part of the App Modernization Technical Account Management (AM TAM) service but not a part of the normal premium support as described here: App Modernization Technical Account Management Service.

If you have any of the AM TAM tier services contracted, you can inform the TAM designated to you of upcoming events that needs heightened awareness. The TAM is responsible for:
 
  • Registering the events to the internal VMware Tanzu calendar
  • Sharing related notifications to the global support team.
Heightened awareness should not be informed using support tickets and is not available under general premium support.
