Issue/Introduction

The follow error is observed when upgrading an Operations Manager Tile on the first apply changes attempt.

L Error: Extracting compiled package archive failed. Check task debug log for details.

Environment

Operations Manager 3.0.x
Operations Manager 2.10.x

Resolution

This is a known issue in Operations Manager 3.0.9 and 2.10.57 releases.  You can workaround this error by running apply changes again.  We expect the subsequent apply changes to get past this error.  A fix will be available as soon as possible and release notes will include which release has the fix.
