Issue/Introduction
When trying to configure LDAP authentication in Ops Manager 2.10, you may receive the following error message when saving the configuration in the UI:
You will receive the same error when attempting to configure through the Ops Manager command-line interface (CLI) om.
This error occurs when trying to save a long LDAP admin group name that contains spaces.
\nNoMethodError: undefined method `<' for nil:NilClasss

Resolution
This is a known issue that can be resolved by upgrading to Ops Manager 2.10.2, as per the Ops Manager 2.10.2 release notes.
