HealthWatch dashboard shows incorrect BOSH Director memory usage

Issue/Introduction

When checking the "Memory Usage" graph in Grafana, rather than displaying the correct memory usage, it displays a value between 0 and 1.

Environment

Product Version: 2.10

Resolution

This issue was a bug introduced in version 2.2.2 of the system-metrics-release, in which the value for MemPercent was set to a range of 0-1, instead of 0-100.

This was addressed and fixed in version 2.2.4.

2.2.4 is used by Ops Manager 2.10.51+. Upgrading to Ops Manager 2.10.51+ will resolve this issue.
