"Cannot generate director ssl cert when no ip has been assigned" error during Director IP Change with BOSH Deploy

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to change or expand the Reserved Range in the BOSH Director Network results in the following error if the Director IP is included in the reserved range. 

error alert message, An unexpected error occurred. Contact VMware Technical Support to report the problem. Details: Cannot generate director ssl cert when no ip has been assigned

*WARNING*

To resolve this issue, the Director IP needs to be changed. We don't recommend changing the IP address of the Director. This has the potential to cause further issues down the road including data loss, instability, system outages, and additional undefined behavior.
