Issue/Introduction
Note: This is a known issue with foundations that have been upgraded from Ops Manager 2.3 or prior.
When installing the Telemetry tile, the installation fails on the telemetry-collector job when retrieving the username or password for the build command:
In the pre-start-stderr.log for the VM, you will find an authorization error.
When installing the Telemetry tile, the installation fails on the telemetry-collector job when retrieving the username or password for the build command:
[2020-05-04T17:03:51.344399 #25367] [task:67956] ERROR -- DirectorJobRunner: Action Failed get_task: Task 88e19e96-5cc4-44a2-6065-bc875f01bfa9 result: 1 of 5 pre-start scripts failed. Failed Jobs: telemetry-collector. Successful Jobs: bpm, bosh-dns, ipsec, antivirus.
