BOSH Director UAA fails with "unbound variable" error when installing Ops Manager

Issue/Introduction

The BOSH Director failing to run when installing Operations Manager (Ops Manager).

Waiting for instance 'bosh/0' to be running... Failed

Running monit summary on the BOSH Director shows that there is an issue with UAA.

Process 'uaa' Execution failed

Checking the uaa.stderr.log on the BOSH Director shows the reason for the failure:

/var/vcap/jobs/uaa/bin/configure_proxy: line 13: proxy_conf[1]: unbound variable

Resolution

This issue is due to an unbound variable in the startup script for UAA.
