When you set up Ops Manager authentication with the "
LDAP Server" method, a LDAP username and password are required as described in the
LDAP Server documentation. However, sometimes the password will be changed on the LDAP server side for security reasons. Prior to Ops Manager 2.9, Ops Manager lacked the functionality to allow the operator to update the configured LDAP password after it has already been set.
Starting from Ops Manager 2.9 this is possible to be done via API call:

Starting in Ops Manager 2.10 and later versions you can click on your user name in the top right corner > Settings > LDAP Settings Tab. Make any updates to your LDAP settings there, then click Save. It will restart UAA, forcing you to log in again
