When attempting to deploy or upgrade, the deployment fails with Error: Stemcell doesn't exist.
Error Message:

There is a defect in BOSH Director for versions of Operations Manager 2.0, 2.1, 2.2 and lower versions. The bug is due to BOSH deleting Stemcells required by errands.
The fix is in the following versions:
* om/2.0-build.342 via bosh/264.14.0 - 2.0.20
* om/2.1-build.348 via bosh/265.7.0 - 2.1.11
* om/2.2-build.300 via bosh/266.8.0 - 2.2.2
Please arrange an upgrade as a longterm fix to this issue.
As a workaround, manually upload the missing stemcell (from the error message above) with a command like:
bosh -e my-env upload-stemcell https://bosh.io/d/stemcells/bosh-vsphere-esxi-ubuntu-trusty-go_agent?v=33XX.XX
Alternatively, you can upload Stemcell via Ops Manager UI.
You can visit http://bosh.cloudfoundry.org/stemcells/ or https://support.broadcom.com/ to find and download missing Stemcells.
