Unsupported GCP regions for Tiles and Partner Tiles

Issue/Introduction

New regions have been added to GCP and have not been added to the hard-coded regions in the bosh-gcscli library. If you select certain GCP regions while using an old version of the bosh-gcscli (0.0.3), you receive an error similar to this one: 

Error: Failed to create GCS object, code 1, output: ‘’, error: ’2019/02/15 13:16:20 unknown location

Resolution

This was resolved in version bosh-gcscli 0.0.8 of the bosh-gcscli and has been backported to the following stemcell versions:

• 621.29
• 456.77
• 315.146
• 456.100
• 315.171
• 250.185
• 170.205
• 97.234

When installing any VMware or Partner tile that requires either the 97.* or 170.* stemcell, please make sure that you manually select one of the stemcell versions that contains the fix. The fixed versions are:

• 170.205
• 97.234

Any tile or partner tile still running an old version of the stemcell will be affected by this issue. These include, but are not restricted to the tiles listed in the below table. In order to resolve the issue you will need to manually change the stemcell to the fixed version as outline above.
