Upgrading App Metrics from 1.6.3 to 1.6.4 in an airgapped environment

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading App Metrics to v1.6.4 in airgapped environment fails with the error:

Installing node 8.17.0

Exit status 223 

Resolution

If you are upgrading from App Metrics 1.6.3, you first need to delete the appmetrics_nodejs8_buildpack

To fix the error, do the following:
 

1. cf buildpacks
2. cf delete-buildpack appmetrics_nodejs8_buildpack
3. Run selective Apply Changes with only the Metrics tile selected
