Issue/Introduction

Why is the "Find in VirusTotal" hash lookup feature in the Console linking to a page with the following 404 error?

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud: December '23 and Later

Resolution

• This issue is currently being investigated by Carbon Black engineers under the scope of EA-24067. 
• In the meantime, the recommended workaround is to manually search the desired hash in VirusTotal using the Search feature.
