Effective Reputation Displays Double Hyphens/Dashes ("--") Instead of reputation

Issue/Introduction

In rare occasions, reputation in Investigate page shows two hyphens (double dashes) instead of the process’ reputation,

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

Known issue, typically seen shortly after a brand new install or in reputation situations where the sensor should apply certificate reputation faster than waiting for Cloud reputation and prevent db_rep corruptions from ungraceful shutdowns. 

Resolution

Improvements have been targeted with the 4.0.1 and greater Windows sensor.
