Where can the Org Key and Org ID be found?

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Resolution

The Org Key and Org ID can be found in either of these locations:

• Top-left of Settings > General page
• Top-left of Settings > API Access page

Additional Information

Org Key is the best identifier to provide to Carbon Black Support for locating the correct organization for troubleshooting as it contains both:

• Identification of Backend/Point of Presence
• Identification of Organization
