Issue/Introduction

The /var/log/cb/enterprise/enterprise.log file is flooded with the following WARNING logs:

WARNING amqp: Rejecting message with delivery tag"<increasing tag#>" for reason of having no callbacks.

Environment

• EDR Server: 7.7.x and Lower

Cause

This is due to a product issue that was fixed in 7.8.0

Resolution

Upgrade to a supported version of EDR

Additional Information

The EDR services can be restarted to temporarily resolve these symptoms until EDR can be upgraded
