EDR: Sensor re-install fails after required reboots

Issue/Introduction

Re-install attempt hangs and says to reboot, but reboots do not resolve issue

Environment

• EDR Server: 7.4.x
• EDR Sensor: 7.2.0
• Tamper Protect Enabled
• Microsoft Windows 10
• Native Korean Language OS

Cause

Sensor remnants not completely removed

Resolution

1. Remove any sensor artifacts via https://community.carbonblack.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/EDR-How-to-uninstall-a-corrupt-Cb-Response-sensor/ta-p/66330
2. Re-install the sensor
