Issue/Introduction

Sensor is actively checking into the server, but no events are available to search

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud
  • Endpoint Standard
  • Enterprise EDR
• Endpoint Standard Sensor: 2.4.0-2.9.1
• SUSE Linux: 12.4

Cause

Not all SUSE and OpenSUSE distributions are supported by Carbon Black Cloud for Linux

Resolution

The "Enterprise EDR & Endpoint Standard Supported Distributions and Kernel Versions (RHEL/CentOS)" section of https://community.carbonblack.com/t5/Documentation-Downloads/Carbon-Black-Cloud-sensor-Linux-sensor-support/ta-p/66266 will list the supported versions for SUSE Linux when available
