Carbon Black Cloud: Unable to change user role

Issue/Introduction

• Changing the role for an existing user fails. The change does not occur after selecting "Save"
• No error messages appear

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud console: All versions

Cause

Product issue

Resolution

• VMWare Carbon Black is working to resolve this issue
• As a workaround, elevate the user to the Super Admin role and then downgrade the user to the desired role
