Issue/Introduction
Sensor uninstalled without de-registration code
"Require code to uninstall sensor" is enabled in the device policy
Sensor is deployed using GPO
Environment
CB Defense PSC Console: All Versions
CB Defense PSC Sensor: All Versions
Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
Cause
UNINSTALL_CODE was included in the MST file
Resolution
Sensor does not support uninstall using GPO if "Require code to uninstall sensor" is enabled in the policy.
If .mst is generated to deploy sensor via GPO, do not include UNINSTALL_CODE in the property table
If "Require code to uninstall sensor" is enabled in the policy, sensor will need to be uninstalled manually or using another supported uninstall method which allows the de-registration code to be entered or the device will need to be moved to a policy which does not have "Require code to uninstall sensor" is enabled in the policy
