Randomly getting 404 errors when executing LR commands

Issue/Introduction

Periodically observing "Request failed with status code 404" errors when executing Live Response (LR) commands

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Windows Sensor: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

In some cases, LR sessions may not handle network interruptions gracefully and will eventually result in that 404 message. 

Resolution

Please check the network connection on the device to ensure that the connection is remains stable otherwise "Request failed with status code 404" error may continue to be observed
