• Login attempts to some Windows endpoints hang on a black screen
• Drives on the endpoint can still be accessed via other methods
• memdumps may indicate a BSOD has occurred

• Endpoint Standard Sensor: 3.6.x
• Microsoft Windows 7 x64 SP1

Resolution

Downgrade affected endpoints to sensor version 3.5.x. This requires a re-install

2. Install 3.5 sensor
