Endpoint Standard: Sensor will not check in after re-install / upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Sensor is running on the endpoint, but not checking into the Console

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud (formerly PSC) Console: All Versions
• Endpoint Standard (formerly CB Defense) Sensor: 3.1.0.x and Higher
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

Previous version of Sensor did not fully uninstall
