Carbon Black Cloud: Request hash never uploads

Issue/Introduction

• Inbox shows the status of Triggered and Sent to Sensor, but hash is never uploaded
• Sensor log reports that the path is filtered out
• New events show the process executing from the same location

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: Current
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.5.0.1756

Cause

The sensor has a configuration which filters what paths an upload can be requested from 

Resolution

• Edit policy settings to allow uploads from the requested path 
• If there are no settings in place and the issue persists, contact Carbon Black
