CB Response: Upgrade to 6.2.3 Mac sensor health low with message "kernel extensions failed to load"

Issue/Introduction

• Sensor recently upgraded to 6.2.3
• Sensor health message in the UI reads "Cb Response kernel extensions failed to load. Endpoint must be restarted to complete upgrade." Restarting does not resolve the issue

Environment

• CB Response Sensor: 6.2.3
• Mac OS: 10.13.6 - 10.14.3

Cause

The cause for this issue is unknown at this time. 

Resolution

Upgrade to sensor version 6.2.4
