Hosted EDR Console: How to Assign Live Response access to Admins

Issue/Introduction

Enable the Live Response function for selected Admin accounts.

Environment

• Hosted EDR Console: All supported versions

Resolution

1. Navigate to the EDR console
2. Click on Teams to display the Team Management page
3. Go to the Users tab
4. Search for the name of the desired user to give enhanced permissions to
5. Click on the Edit User button to the right of the name
6. On the Enhance Analyst permissions panel, check the box next to each permission desired
