Timestamps in CSV exports can be read as: Year-Month-Day-HoursMinutesSeconds, using a 24 hour clock based around the UTC or GMT time zone.

Additional Information

• A timestamp of 2020-01-22-205529 can be read as January 22nd, 2020 at 8:55 PM, 29 seconds towards 8:56 PM.
• The time zone displaying in a local PSC console can be revealed by hovering over any timestamp in the console.
