Issue/Introduction

File Analysis results in an Error: File with this hash does not exist on endpoint.

Environment

• CB Protection Server: All Versions
• File Analysis Connector: All Supported Versions

Cause

This occurs when file analysis is requested from the Console and the file is removed from the disk prior to being uploaded by the Agent. This results in a situation where the upload has been requested, but the file is no longer available for upload. 

Resolution

This is expected behavior. No action is necessary.
