Endpoint Standard: Inbox Page May Not Display Accurate Quantities Unless Subtype is Selected First

Issue/Introduction

Selecting/expanding any filter type on the Inbox page, without having selected the 'Subtype' first, may lead to inaccurate counts/quantities being displayed

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
• Endpoint Standard

Cause

CBLR sessions are not being filtered out of the API

Resolution

Work to track the fix is being carried out under DSER-26150 - This article will be updated once the fix has been released

Additional Information

To ensure accurate counts/quantities are displayed, always select a Subtype first, then continue with filtering as needed
