Got 405 When Adding Ban Hashes

Issue/Introduction

Got 405 page when adding ban hashes.

Environment

• Cb Response Console: Versions before 6.2.4

Cause

405 is user permission error.

Resolution

Adding ban hash requires global admin permission. Please make sure the user has global admin privilege. 

 

Additional Information

If using SSO, please make sure the user is mapped to global admin role.
