Issue/Introduction

Provide steps to reregister a Carbon Black Cloud (CBC) Linux Sensor

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 2.1.0.149 and Higher
• Linux: All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Stop cbagentd service
2. Trigger reregistration

   sudo /opt/carbonblack/psc/bin/cbagentd -r

3. Start cbagentd service

Additional Information

Verify RegistrationId before and after the above steps are taken

grep RegistrationId /var/opt/carbonblack/psc/cfg.ini
