When does Cloud Ops manage user accounts in a Hosted EDR environment?

Resolution

Cloud Ops only manages users in the following circumstances:

• Sending the initial invites to the primary/secondary contacts listed in installation records.
• Managing partner profiles where additional invites are sent on a new provision.
• Issues with the UI where an invite can't be sent or a user removed.
