Upgrade an EDR Sensor via the console

Environment

• EDR Console: All Versions

Resolution

1. Log in to the EDR console.
2. Navigate to the Sensors page.
3. Select the gear next to the sensor group in question to access the sensor group settings.
4. Expand the Upgrade Policy header.
5. Locate the operating system that the sensor utilizes and select "automatically upgrade to a specific version"
6. Select the desired Sensor version.
7. Click Save Group
