Issue/Introduction

• Agents disconnected after replacing the self signed certificate with internal CA certificate
• "Failed To Setup Certificate For Secure Connection (SSL)" error on the Assets Page

Environment

• App Control Server: All versions

Cause

Internal CA certificate corrupted due to missing email address

Resolution

• Fix the internal CA certificate with the help of IT admin
• As a temporary workaround, replace internal CA certificate with self-signed certificate
