Environment
- Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
- Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.7.x.x and Lower
- Microsoft Windows Server 2022
Cause
Microsoft did not increment major version
Resolution
Upgrade to 3.8.0.398 or higher

Sensor v3.8.0.398 and above contains the fix tracked under DSEN-16231
