Why are Observed Alerts no longer seen in the console?

Environment

• Endpoint Standard Web Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud APIs: Alerts V7

Resolution

• As of the release of the V7 Alerts API (June 15th, 2023), Observed Alerts have become Observations.
• See Public announcement and Release Notes for more information.

Additional Information

Customers leveraging the V6 Alerts API or current Alert Forwarder will be unaffected by this change and will have access to these Observed Alerts until the V6 API is deactivated.
