Does DRAS call the security package?

Environment

Output Management Distributed Repository Access System (DRAS)

Resolution

DRAS does not call security.  DRAS passes your credentials to the whatever mainframe security package allows or denies access to the repository, whether it is View, Bundle, or Dispatch. 

If there is an issue with access to a repository you need to look into the security that the repository calls and the security settings on the mainframe package.
