EDR: How to be Notified of New Releases and Product Updates

Issue/Introduction

This article details how to subscribe to EDR product updates and releases in the User eXchange.

Environment

• EDR (formerly CB Response): All Supported Versions
• User eXchange

Resolution

1. Go to this space in the Carbon Black User eXchange 
2. Select 'EDR' from the drop-down menu
3. Click the large Subscribe button, this will redirect to a new page
4. Click Subscribe in the "subscribe to this label" to complete subscription

Additional Information

• Any other products can also be subscribed to by changing the drop down going to its subscribe page
• Once subscribed an email should be sent when any new announcements are made on this page
