App Control: Server Install Fails When Service Account Password has Double Quotes

Issue/Introduction

When installing or upgrading the Console the error message appears: 

validation of user credentials failed. password cannot contain double quotes, leading or trailing spaces

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions

Cause

The service account password contains the unsupported characters " or leading and trailing space

Resolution

Change the service account so it doesn't contain double quotes, or leading and trailing spaces
