CB Protection: "Delete Failed" When Trying to Delete SAML Configuration in the Console

Issue/Introduction

When trying to enable a Rapid Config or Delete SAML Configuration in the Console it fails with 

Delete Failed

The PHPErrors.log may show the following error 

returned http code 404

Environment

• CB Protection: All Supported Versions

Cause

This can happen if there are missing rights in IIS for the Service Account

Resolution

• Make sure that the IIS Account has PUT and DELETE permissions in "request filtering"
