Carbon Black Cloud: Alerts Page Errors With "Failed to Load the Facets"

Issue/Introduction

• When going to alerts page the error pops up "failed to load the facets"
• The filters on the left don't populate

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console

Cause

This is being looked into at this time

Resolution

Please reproduce the issue gathering a .HAR file 
Create a support case and attach the .HAR file to the case
