Creating API Fails With "Failed to create the API Key"

Issue/Introduction

When trying to add a new API Key it fails with error 

Failed to create the API Key
Request failed with status code 409

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Supported Versions

Cause

This error could signify a naming conflict 

Resolution

• Make sure the name of the key being created is unique
• Debugging can be done by creating a .HAR file for support
