The SIG Column Has a Grey Box Instead of Signature Version

Issue/Introduction

The SIG column show a grey box and the status "Local scan disabled or version not yet reported"

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

• The endpoint OS is not Windows
• The "Local Scan" Policy Option "Allow Signature Updates" is disabled
• The AV signature pack hasn't been fully updated since the initial install

Resolution

1. Confirm the OS is Windows
2. Confirm Enforce -> Select Policy -> Local Scan -> Allow Signature Updates is enabled
3. The AV signature pack update will complete with time
