CB Defense: Sensor Install Fails With LastError = 2

Issue/Introduction

The sensor removal tool has already been ran and the sensor still fails to install with the following errors in the install log

Attempting to delete file C:\Windows\Installer\XXXXXX.mst 
Attempting to delete file C:\Windows\Installer\XXXXXX.mst 
Unable to delete the file outside of the engine. LastError = 2

Environment

• CB Defense PSC Sensor: 3.4.x and Higher
• Microsoft Windows: Windows 7 and Higher

Cause

Remnants of the Sensor are still in the registry

Resolution

Run the Windows Cleanup Tool found here
