Cause
Visibility mode is still monitoring events, it may cause file exclusivity issues
Resolution
At the moment the workarounds are:
- Move the endpoint(s) to 'Disable Enforcement'
- Reach out to support to create an exclusion for the affected software

This is a known issue that is fixed in 8.6.0 Windows Agent Version
