Issue/Introduction

• Email invites are not being received by new user
• None of the known new user email issues described here are the cause

Environment

Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Resolution

Potential workaround:

• Try adding email address with varying case sensitivities
  • e.g. instead of [email protected], try adding [email protected] OR [email protected], etc.
