How to add a new User as an Administrator in the Carbon Black Cloud Console

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console

Resolution

1. Log in to the Console
2. Go to Settings > Users
3. Click the 'Add User' button in the top right corner
4. Enter the user's email address (required)
5. Select the desired role for the User
6. Click 'Add' to finish the creation
7. User will receive an email to register their admin account and create a password
8. After clicking the activation link and setting the password, the account will display in Settings > Users.

Additional Information

• First name, Last name, and Phone are all optional
• A user has to have equal to or more permissions then the user they are adding
