Issue/Introduction
To restore connectivity to an isolated windows endpoint locally using the CbEDRCLI tool
Environment
- Carbon Black EDR Sensor: 7.4.1 and higher
- Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
Resolution
To disable network isolation use the following steps:
- Open command prompt as Administrator and navigate to C:\Windows\CarbonBlack
- Run CbEDRCLI.exe -isolation <cli_password>
Additional Information
The password can be obtained from the "Advanced" section of the sensor group settings.
