Carbon Black Live Response is no longer available

Environment

• Carbon Black Response Cloud: 6.3.0
• Carbon Black Live Response

Cause

6.3.0 Introduced new RBAC permissions and the ability to enable or disable CBLR in the console

Resolution

1. Log in as a Global Administrator
2. On the top right, select the users name to drop down selections
3. Select "Settings"
4. Go to "Advanced Settings"
5. Check to "Enable CBLR"
6. Save Changes

• Please review the User Guide on page 51 for the Role Based permissions changes that can also affect some users access to CBLR
