Issue/Introduction
- Parity service repeatedly crashing and restarting
- Console error "Network error while trying to communicate with Cb Protection Server"
- ServerLog.bt9 errors:

Environment

Cause
There is another app configured to listen on TCP port 41002 thus preventing the server service from accessing the port
Resolution
Change the other app configuration and remove the port binding to TCP port 41002
Additional Information
TCP Ports 41002 and 41001 should be reserved for use by the App Control services by default (unless configured otherwise during install)
